Signing up 

A Doculicious account is required to create your own templates and forms that can be embedded on websites or accessed directly. You can signup for an account here.

Usernames

The username you choose will be displayed on any forum posts you make, and also as the creator of templates and images you upload. Thus, your username is public and can be seen by other users, so please keep this in mind when creating your account.

Passwords

Your password should be hard to guess for others, but something that you can remember. We do not store passwords in clear text, so if you forget yours we cannot send it to you. Instead we let you create a new password by sending an email to the email address you registered with, with instuctions on how to create a new password.

Logging In

To log in to your account, click the Log In link you'll see in the top right of most public Doculicious pages, you will then be presented with a form to enter your username and password.

If you cannot remember your username, we can send a reminder to your email address. If your password has been forgotten, we can send you instructions on how to create a new one for your account.

Account Settings

The Account Settings page allows you to manage and change information relating to your account. You navigate to this page using the "Settings" link that you'll find on the top right of most doculicious pages (It's highlighted in red in the image below). 

At the top of this page are links to where you can change your password or upgrade/downgrade you account subscription.

The Email field is what we use to notify you of important information about your account, such as when you initiate a password reset request or we notify you of your monthly limits getting close to being exhausted.

The Country and Timezone fields are used by us to display dates and times suitable for your location.

The Limit Notice is a percentage that indicates a point when we should you a notification that your entry or download limit has reached. Ie, if you are on the basic account level you get 100 downloads. At the default setting of 85%, we would send you an email notification when the 85th download occurs across all your templates. We also send a notification when you reach your limit. Please ensure that your account level is suitable for the amount of traffic you wish to support, as your forms may be disabled when you go over your maximum download or entry limits.
